The last three sections are called motivation, qualifications, and citizenship.The title is what most people use to describe their work history, education, and experience. The human resource personnel will take these documents and determine if the applicant has the knowledge, skills, and experience to fill the job vacancy. The candidate's education and work experience will also be checking to make sure that the applicant can meet the minimum qualifications to be hired.The contact information should include the name, phone number, email address, fax number, and mailing address. The work history will include when the job was held, how long the position has been vacant, and the salary earned. Many employers lik e to see past work experience. If an applicant has been out of work for more than one year, he or she may be found ineligible for employment.Qualifications include an education program from an accredited school. The education must be at least a bachelor's degree. The education program can be in the field of science, business, or computer science. The experience must be a minimum of two years, with the last year being the most desirable.The last part of the resume is called citizenship. This section can include the purpose of the program, work hours, health coverage, and other conditions. A naturalized citizen is a special type of citizen who has become a citizen of the United States through naturalization. Other special categories include military, school children, or military retirees.The resume can start with the education and work history and go forward with the qualifications, citizenship, and employment history. The last section is called the history of employment and education and should be considered by employers as a supplemental document.The history of employment and education will show if the applicant can fill the job and any training or education necessary to do so. The employment history will also show whether the applicant had a criminal record or any disciplinary action taken against him or her.The next resume part is the skills and abilities section. The skills section can include physical ability, mathematics, writing skills, computer skills, and social and emotional skills. These resume parts provide information about the applicant's abilities and provides a general idea of what a potential employer needs to know.The qualification section includes education, job training, or certification, experience, leadership skills, and other skills and abilities. An applicant should also include citizenship, if available. Education should also be included in the qualifications section. Qualification and experience should not be combined in the same secti on.Experience and education should be separated and listed. Education is for future employment purposes, while experience is for current employment. Experience should not be used for job verification purposes.The last section is called the citizenship, which is usually checked by the employer. Citizenship checks the eligibility of the applicant and shows if he or she is a United States citizen. The last citizenship check is done before the employment is offered.The resume parts are to be completed. There are not many steps in writing a resume, but following them is essential. For the most accurate representation of one's abilities, it is necessary to complete all of the resume parts.
